Occupational Therapists at Center for Therapeutic Intervention believe in the importance of community outreach and education.  We have experience speaking to groups and individuals about our therapeutic approaches in schools, counseling centers, continuing education for caseworkers, adoption agencies, and others.  Whether we are meeting with a teacher on the behalf of one of our clients or educating school personnel in the general areas of sensory processing and autism, we are able to provide helpful information.  We are also involved in presenting continuing education to various professionals, consultation with the YMCA of Pierce County, and instruction to adoptive parents in our office or via their agencies.
