Our People

All of our Occupational Therapists are nationally certified and licensed by the State of Washington.  Each of them has a variety of experience in the therapy field, including work with sensory processing, Autism Spectrum Disorders, individuals with developmental delays, feeding, foster and adopted children, and many other areas.  We are proud of our skills and experience!  More importantly, we are eager to establish a working relationship with our clients and families that is warm and productive to all.

Jason Weigold- Owner/Director

COTA/L

Jason has 7+ years of experience in Pediatric Occupational Therapy. Before becoming the Owner of CTI he was an employee for 3 years. Jason has experience working in a variety of treatment settings, including pediatric inpatient rehabilitation, NICU/PICU,  medically fragile settings, and school and home-based services.  He has extensive training in Feeding Therapy, and his other areas of expertise include developmental delays, sensory processing, and self-regulatory disorders.  Jason received his degree in OT from LCCC in Pennsylvania, and truly enjoys helping “his kids” achieve their maximum potential.

Alison Fillmore

OTR/L

Alison has worked as a pediatric Occupational Therapist since 2011. She has 5 years of experience in school based services where she worked with children including the medically fragile population, highly capable students with high needs, and children with multiple disabilities. In addition, she has worked with children using sensory integration techniques, and has experience working an out-patient rehabilitation setting. She enjoys working with children who have attention difficulties and has training using Mindfulness curriculum in schools and therapy sessions. Alison has a Master’s degree in the Science of Occupational Therapy from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder.

Julie Kennedy

COTA/L

Julie has experience working in inpatient rehab and public school based settings. She has training in Handwriting Without Tears, and the Alert Program. She has current experience working with children with sensory processing, autism, anxiety, ADHD, and developmental delays. She is dedicated and enjoys working with others, and creating individualized skilled treatment sessions to help her clients reach their goals and needs. Julie has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Washington, and received her degree in OT from Green River Community College.


Sally Carman Arielle Langworthy

OTR/L

Arielle is a recent graduate who is beginning her career as an occupational therapist with CTI. She loves serving kids and families in her community, and has 3+ years of previous experience working in ABA with young children with autism, and another 6+ years of experience teaching and tutoring children of all ages and varying ability levels in school, home, and private learning center settings. Arielle has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College and a Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Puget Sound.


Sally Carman

OTR/L

Certified Adoption/Foster Care Therapist

Sally consults with adoptive and foster care families, working on issues pertaining to attachment and behavioral management.  Sally also works with children affected by sensory processing disorder.  She is frequently called upon to give community training to adoptive parents, schools, and other agencies who strive to meet the needs of children.  Sally has a Bachelor’s Degree from Duke University and a Masters Degree from the University of Pennsylvania; she received her adoption certification through Northwest Resource Associates.

Stacy Ramona

Office Manager

Stacy oversees the third party reimbursement procedures and billing at CTI.  She has significant experience in financial and office management  in pediatric clinics, and finds pleasure in working with children and families.
