Jason Weigold (Gig Harbor/Olympia)

Jason has 10+ years of experience in Pediatric Occupational Therapy. After being an employee for 3 years, Jason acquired ownership of Center for Therapeutic Intervention (CTI) in 2017 to continue his dream of making a difference in the lives of children and families in the PNW. Jason has experience working in a variety of treatment settings including, pediatric inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, NICU/PICU, as well as school and home-based settings. Jason’s areas of expertise and special interest are feeding therapy, sensory integration, trauma-informed care, foster and adoption care, behavior modification for social and emotional conditions, visual motor delays, cognition, balance, motor planning, fine motor delays, developmental delays and handwriting. Jason is passionate about making therapy fun and meaningful to the child. He strives to share his knowledge and skills with families so their children can function to their fullest potential. Jason grew up on the East Coast and enjoys spending time with his family. Jason received his degree in OT from LCCC in Pennsylvania, and truly enjoys helping each one of “his kids” at CTI.

Season Harris (Gig Harbor)

Season is a new graduate who has experience as a school based occupational therapist, but is beginning her career as an
outpatient pediatric Occupational Therapist at CTI. She is originally from Southern California, but is now living and loving the
Pacific Northwest. She has a bachelors degree in Liberal Studies from California State University, Chico and a Master of
Science in Occupational Therapy from Stanbridge University in Irvine, California. Season loves working with children, and is
excited to learn more about working with children with trauma and sensory processing disorder. She also enjoys doing
yoga, reading, and being with family and friends. She is looking into continuing education in the areas of trauma and mental
health.

Rachel Stanley (Gig Harbor)

Rachel graduated with her Masters in Occupational Therapy at the University of Washington. She fell in love with OT’s play and strength-based approach by watching her sister receive OT services when she was younger. Now as an OT herself, Rachel strives to give kids the empowerment, love, and independence that her sister received. Rachel’s interests include Sensory Processing Disorder, Anxiety, Emotional Regulation, Trauma-Informed care, and Feeding Therapy. In her free time, you will find Rachel sitting in a coffee shop, reading, running, hiking, doing yoga, or hanging out with her friends and family.

Julie Kennedy (Gig Harbor)

Julie has been an employee at CTI for 3+ years, and also has experience working in inpatient rehab and public school based settings. She has training in Handwriting Without Tears, Alert Program, trauma-informed care, feeding therapy, yoga and mindfulness, and Dyslexia. She has current experience working with children with autism, ADHD, anxiety, emotional regulation, and sensory and developmental delays. She is dedicated and loves working with others, and creating individualized skilled treatment sessions to help her clients reach their goals and needs. Julie has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Washington, and received her degree in OT from Green River Community College.

Amanda Diaz (Gig Harbor)

Amanda’s experience as an OT practitioner began with serving older adults in inpatient/outpatient rehabilitation, and children with special needs in the public school district. She has training in Handwriting Without Tears, and experience working with clients with autism, trauma, and sensory processing disorder. Her special interests are mindfulness and feeding therapy. Amanda strives to make each session creative, comfortable, and fun for each child. Amanda received her degree in OT from Bates Technical College in Tacoma Washington.

Brittany Fox (Gig Harbor)

Brittany has been providing occupational therapy services since 2014. She has spent most of her professional time up to this point practicing in pediatrics, both in private practice and the school setting. This provides her with a unique bridge to school-based programs and insight into ways we can best coordinate services with providers in the academic setting. Brittany has attended continuing education focusing on sensory processing disorder and Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT). She has training in the use of Integrated Listening Systems (iLs), Handwriting Without Tears, and feeding therapy. She is familiar with self-regulation programs, such as The Zones of Regulation and The Alert program. Outside of therapy, Brittany loves to spend her time outdoors (rain or shine) and always enjoys the company of her friends, family and dog.

Hailey Law (Gig Harbor)

Hailey has graduated with her associates degree in applied sciences and COTA
certification from Green River Community College after attending University of
Washington for a year. She began her career in 2018 working with older adults in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
setting for two plus years. She then transitioned to working in a pediatric setting
here at CTI where her true passion is. She enjoys working with children of all
abilities and strive to learn as much as possible to create the best treatment
outcomes. Her kind hearted spirit helps create trusting relationships with each
child and she looks forward to spending her time here at CTI. Outside of work she enjoys
spending quality time with her nephew, being outdoors, and reading educational
books.

Mike Peachman (Olympia)

Mike is a full-time therapist at our Olympia location. He's been an Occupational Therapist since 2016 after graduating from the University of New England with his Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy. Since graduation, he worked with the geriatric population to help regain their independence and strength in a skilled nursing facility. Prior to becoming an OT, he received his Bachelors of Science in Education from SUNY Cortland in NY. He taught physical education for children in grades K-3 and coached a variety of sports. He's always enjoyed working with children and look forward to continuing that here at CTI. Outside of work he enjoys being active in the outdoors, including hiking, camping and skiing with his wife.

Nicki has been a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant since 2015
when she graduated from Green River College. She currently specializes
in Pediatrics and Geriatrics. When she’s not working at CTI she
works with the elderly in a skilled nursing facility. Before becoming
a COTA Nicki obtained a Bachelor of Arts from the Evergreen State
College and worked with preschool-aged children in the North Thurston
School District. She enjoys working with people of all ages and needs.
Nicki is committed to relationship building and providing fun,
client-centered therapy to everyone she works with. In her free time
she enjoys fostering animals and spending time with her two children.

Harmony’s passion lies in working with children! She has a background in early-childhood development and education. She holds a Bachelors in Intercultural Studies and an Associates for Occupational Therapy. Harmony joined The Center for Therapeutic Intervention team in 2022. Her special interests include sensory processing, trauma-informed care, early-intervention, foster and adoption care, and fine motor development. She enjoys using the Zones of Regulation for equipping children with social emotional skills. Harmony has training in Trust Based Relational Intervention and Hand-Writing Without Tears.  She is committed to providing holistic individualized care and believes family involvement in the therapy process leads to best outcomes. In her spare time, you will find her spending time outdoors in the beautiful PNW biking or hiking. She enjoys reading, traveling and playing board games with her husband and children.

 

Emily Bryce (Bainbridge)

Emily graduated with her Masters from Stanbridge University in Orange County, CA and moved to the PNW 4 years ago to
work in the Bremerton School District. She now works at CTI full time to pursue her true love of sensory integration but has
a wealth of knowledge about navigating the school system. She has experience and a love for working with Gifted kids,
Autistic kids, ADHDers, and kids who struggle with a variety if sensory and anxiety related challenges. A passionate outdoor
enthusiast, Emily loves to take OT outside and is trained in the Cedarsong Way forest kindergarten method. She is also
certified in Ayres Sensory Integration and Therapeutic Listening. Her Bachelors in Human Development and Anthropology
from California State University, Long Beach instilled an interest in the cultural component of a holistic treatment plan and
she loves to explore the effect the environment has on children and families. She currently lives in Indianola with her
husband and three cats.

Sally Carman (Gig Harbor)

Sally consults with adoptive and foster care families, working on issues pertaining to attachment and behavioral management.  Sally also works with children affected by sensory processing disorder.  She is frequently called upon to give community training to adoptive parents, schools, and other agencies who strive to meet the needs of children.  Sally has a Bachelor's Degree from Duke University and a Masters Degree from the University of Pennsylvania; she received her adoption certification through Northwest Resource Associates.

Arielle Langworthy (Gig Harbor)

Arielle is a PRN evaluating Occupational Therapist with CTI. She loves serving kids and families in her community, and has 3+ years of previous experience working in ABA with young children with autism, and another 6+ years of experience teaching and tutoring children of all ages and varying ability levels in school, home, and private learning center settings. Arielle has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College and a Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Puget Sound.

Sarah joined the CTI team in June 2022 as our office receptionist in Olympia. She is a mother of three and having experienced her own child with autism, loves being a part of CTI because of the therapist’s genuine care and the service they provide to these amazing kids. At home Sarah enjoys gardening, art and hanging out with family.

Ashley has been an OT since 2016 when she graduated with her Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy from University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. She has experience working with patients throughout the lifespan at both pediatric outpatient settings and skilled nursing facilities. She first began working for CTI Olympia when the clinic opened in September 2019 and has been a therapist here for 3+ years. She has a heart for serving others with a special interest in foster/adoption, trauma informed care, developmental delays and sensory processing concerns. She loves her work as an OT and enjoys seeing her patients thrive as they learn new skills and gain independence. Ashley enjoys coffee, staying active and spending time with her husband and young son.
